Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Experience with mobile-first and usability-focused designs.
• Strong online portfolio with user-centric design case studies.
• Figma proficiency and experience with design systems.
• Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design.
• Experience in social networking or referral-driven platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and growth mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
