Junior Interaction Designer - Remote

In Short

• Contribute to designing digital products from concept development through final execution.
• Create user interfaces and seamless experiences with a strong emphasis on visual and interactive quality.
• Apply foundational knowledge of UI/UX principles consistently to your work.
• Support the creation and evolution of design systems using Figma.
• Build interactive prototypes, from wireframes to polished micro-interactions.
• Assist in strategic aspects of projects alongside senior designers and strategists.
• Help prepare and facilitate workshops both remotely and in-person.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to elevate creative concepts and visual languages.

Requirements

• A degree in digital design or related field
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with prototyping interactions with motion or prototyping tools is a big plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Interest in joining a nimble and resourceful team
