Senior Consultant - Data & AI Strategy - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Data & AI Strategy to actively shape the future of our clients by taking on responsible tasks in a strategic context.

In Short

• Strategic development and consulting for the implementation of AI and data strategies for international clients.
• Development and implementation of Data Governance models.
• Moderation of workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Bridge between business and technology, communicating effectively with both executives and technical experts.
• Creation and execution of training and workshops on Data & AI topics.
• Leadership and planning of strategic Data & AI projects.
• Support in developing decision templates, roadmaps, and management presentations.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data strategy and AI consulting.
• Experience in Data Governance and Data Organization.
• Experience in consulting and planning data architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into concrete tasks.
• Strong communication skills and moderation abilities.
• Proactive working style and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in German (C1) and good English (B2).
