Requirements

• Positive attitude and detail-oriented approach.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Expertise in online advertising and analytics, especially on TikTok or Meta.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Ukrainian and/or Russian and English.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of MMPs like Appsflyer, Adjust.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
