Payer Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Analyst on the Payer Operations team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting strategic initiatives with both government and commercial payers. You’ll help bring payer contracts to market and ensure smooth execution post implementation, all with the goal of driving patient retention and growth across Aledade’s national network of partner practices. In Short

• End-to-end execution of sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking with field teams.
• Notify stakeholders when opportunities are created.
• Send practice participation agreements to client practices.
• Monitor document status and provide updates to the field team.
• Communicate with field teams on client sales activities.
• Perform updates in Salesforce to move opportunities through stages.
• Interdepartmental project support as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and updating data in a CRM.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time for meetings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with tracking overlapping deadlines.
