Project Manager - Federal Programs - Remote

Overview

Alaska Northstar Federal is looking for a Project Manager to join the team on a long-term project to be awarded soon. The Project Manager will serve as part of a dynamic, multi-project manager team overseeing concurrent workstreams within a complex, large-scale federal program hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

In Short

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities for assigned workstream(s).
• Act as a key point of contact for the designated subcontractor SME.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and agency standards.
• Track key performance indicators and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and quality assurance reviews.
• Support project-level change management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management experience on federal or DoD programs.
• Experience in a multi-PM environment and cross-company teaming.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of government contract compliance and risk management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
