Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Product designers at Alan are at the forefront of building our product(s), taking them from inception to completion. They work hand in hand with product managers, researchers, and engineers to ensure we create meaningful and human experiences that improve the health of our members.

In Short

• Develop a product vision and enable teams to explore, ideate, and experiment towards it.
• Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller.
• Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking.
• Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers.
• Develop and evangelize design understanding across the organization.
• Mentor junior designers to increase collective performance.
• Deliver a UI consistent with Alan’s brand.
• Contribute to the design system with components documentation.
• Evaluate and maintain the quality of Alan’s product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Track record of shipping quality products.
• Design mentorship experience.
• Full-stack design expertise.
• Embrace of AI and other innovative tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
