As a Product Designer at Achieve, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions.

• Design end-to-end experiences for our Freedom Debt Relief website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

• 3+ years of experience in an Agile team.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.

• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile cross-functional team.
• Fluency in conversion optimization via rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Experience with concepting, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and user behavior metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable about marketing and brand strategies.
