Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-cycle IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for various IT roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.

In Short

• Use various channels to source and attract qualified IT professionals.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidates' skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Work with hiring managers to extend offers and facilitate onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full-cycle IT Recruiter.
• Active candidate pool in markets like Poland, Serbia, Portugal, etc.
• Strong cold sourcing skills and expertise in sourcing strategies.
• Experience with a range of technical roles for large-scale projects.
• Understanding of employment regulations in relevant markets.
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach.
• Goal-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Strong English skills (minimum B2 level).
