The Operations Manager will ensure the safe and secure operation of renewable energy assets in Martinique, focusing on maximizing technical and financial performance.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with experience in industrial electricity.
• Strong technical background in renewable energy operations.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proactive and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing teams and contractors.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
