Senior Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Designer at AKQA, you will play an essential role in the strategy, conception, and design of beautiful ideas, products, and services, delivering impressive results for clients.

In Short

• Provide design solutions across various touchpoints (e.g. websites, mobile, apps, in-store)
• Champion excellent design and craft standards
• Create style tiles, UI kits, mood boards, and style guides
• Lead the development and implementation of visual design systems
• Deliver responsive designs through an agile methodology
• Collaborate positively with peers and clients
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes primarily utilizing Figma
• Utilize AI tools to streamline the design process
• Present design work confidently to stakeholders
• Mentor mid/junior designers and share knowledge

Requirements

• 6+ years in a digitally-focused design role
• Exceptional design aesthetics with a strong portfolio
• Strong communication skills
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Proficient in user-centered design methodologies
