Senior Global Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Aixial Group is an International Contract Research Organization (CRO) looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Global Project Manager. This full-time permanent position can be home-based in the US with about 10% travel required.

In Short

• Manage small to large, global, complex, full-service projects or multi-project programs.
• Plan and deliver effective implementation of clinical trials.
• Review and identify project study trends, budgets, performance metrics, and project reports.
• Provide control and assurance, maintaining high leadership and decision-making levels.
• Build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work alongside a team and individually.
• Influence in a growing and dynamic CRO environment.
• Oversee vendors to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
• Manage expectations and maintain productive working relationships.
• Therapeutic area experience in early phase oncology or immunotherapies is desirable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Global Clinical Project Manager.
• Study finance management experience.
• Strong cross-functional management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.
• Experience in early phase oncology and/or radiopharmaceutical research is desirable.
• CRO background is a plus.
• Strong and confident in bid defense.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
