Senior Global Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Aixial Group is an international Contract Research Organization (CRO), a member of the ALTEN Group, providing complex services in clinical trials (phase I-IV) and non-interventional studies. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Global Project Manager, which is a full-time permanent position that can be home-based in the US with about 10% travel required.

In Short

• Manage and execute global, complex clinical projects.
• Work independently and alongside project teams.
• Assess and deliver on KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving support to project teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage client expectations.
• Plan and execute multiple phase I-IV studies.
• Oversee vendors to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of a dynamic CRO.
• Travel approximately 10% for project needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Global Clinical Project Manager.
• Experience in study finance management.
• Strong cross-functional management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships.
• Therapeutic area experience in oncology or immunotherapies (desirable).
• CRO background (desirable).
• Confidence in bid defense meetings (desirable).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
