Overview

AireSpring is seeking a Channel Manager to generate new business opportunities through external sales agents, focusing on selling data and voice products for businesses.

In Short

• Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners
• Attend sales calls with sales agents to assist in closing opportunities
• Educate agents on AireSpring products and processes
• Work with agents on order submission
• Lead solution development efforts for agents and their customers
• Achieve assigned sales quota
• Meet expectations for agent retention
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
• Assist agents and customers with service requests
• Proactively seek out new opportunities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years in telecom sales or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of telecommunications voice and data products
• Preferred: 4+ years of telecom sales experience with a proven track record
• Data proficiency with MPLS
