In Short

• Craft intuitive user experiences across mobile and web platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Own the entire design process from concept to final design.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Advocate for user experience best practices.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with mobile design patterns and responsive design.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
