Overview

The Associate Medical Director provides both direct patient care and clinical leadership in support of ACG Health’s mission and strategic priorities. This role includes a combination of direct patient care and administrative, leadership, and program oversight responsibilities. Working closely with the current Medical Director and senior leadership team, the incumbent plays a key role in clinical operations, quality improvement, and program development.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
  • Prior experience in a medical leadership role preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in HIV medicine.
  • Experience with LGBTQ+ populations.
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
  • Experience with public health issues.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience using electronic health records.
  • Self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Superior organizational skills.
