As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Community Manager who can build, organize, and energize communities where founders, operators, and businesses collaborate, learn, and grow.

In Short

• Manage and moderate active B2B and B2C communities of founders, operators, and entrepreneurs.
• Foster meaningful discussions to help members solve problems and share wins.
• Encourage participation and accountability among community members.
• Create engagement systems to keep the community active and supportive.
• Maintain structure across community channels to ensure valuable discussions.
• Support the rollout of new community initiatives and engagement formats.
• Coordinate live calls, workshops, and community sessions as needed.
• Track engagement metrics and identify patterns in member behavior.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve internal systems and services based on community insights.

Requirements

• Experience in community management or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster engagement and build relationships.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C dynamics.
• Experience with metrics tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain community structure.
• Experience in event coordination and facilitation.
• Proficiency in using community management tools.
• Ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
