Training Specialist – Secret Clearance Required - Remote

Overview

Agile Group seeks a training specialist to develop and deliver program-specific and role-based training content that supports software and systems modernization efforts. This fully remote role requires a Secret Clearance or eligibility.

In Short

• Develop, refine, and deliver comprehensive training plans, courses, modules, and quick reference guides for system users.
• Facilitate live webinars, create eLearning modules, and support hybrid training delivery.
• Monitor participant progress and develop course assessments to measure effectiveness.
• Support other specialized roles through tailored virtual instruction.
• Coordinate closely with SMEs, developers, and communications staff to align training material with system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, project management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing or delivering training within a federal, IT, or enterprise environment.
• Strong skills in eLearning design tools (Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Captivate Prime) and webinar platforms (Teams, Zoom).
• PMI certifications (PMP, PMI-SP) are strongly preferred or willing to be obtained.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active or eligible DoD Secret clearance.
