Senior Technical Engineering Lead – Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity & RMM Platforms - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineering Lead with a strong foundation in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, as well as hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.

In Short

• Lead engineering initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and security domains.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize RMM platforms such as N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.
• Build and maintain cloud environments—Azure is essential, with additional exposure to AWS and Google Cloud preferred.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and support EDR, MDR, and XDR security solutions.
• Utilize PSA tools like Autotask and Datto for service delivery and automation.
• Create reports and dashboards using PowerBI, with data sourced from SQL and automated via Python scripts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with RMM tools (N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.)
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure; working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud a plus.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure management and related tooling.
• Experience with EDR/MDR/XDR security platforms.
• Familiarity with PSA tools – especially Autotask and Datto.
• Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment.
