Demand Planner, Supply Chain (Contract) - Remote

Overview

AG1 is looking for a Demand Planner, Supply Chain (Contract) to support our North America team through end of March '26 by leveraging data insights, visualization, and analytics to drive business growth.

In Short

• Analyze past demand performance and create a monthly demand plan.
• Drive forecast accuracy with cross-functional teams.
• Update results weekly for cross-functional partners.
• Use visualization tools for monthly forecasts.
• Provide updated forecasts to 3PLs.
• Collaborate on forecasting and planning.
• Communicate findings via dashboards and presentations.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data quality.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests.
• Support business growth through data insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in demand planning or supply chain roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization best practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with consumer products is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Highly curious and detail-oriented.
