• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner deeply with Engineering and Design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps or fintech.
• Experience optimizing high-stakes conversion flows.
• 0->1 Builder Mentality with a history of launching new products.
• Technical & Design Fluency with a high bar for UI/UX design.
• Strategic Influence with experience leading without authority.
• Data-Driven Intuition with proficiency in SQL/Amplitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
