• Architect, build, refine and increase automation and research infrastructure for modeling loan performance.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to automate analytics and reporting.
• Deliver analyses and tools to users across the firm by working with firm-wide analytics teams.
• Review implementation of models and conduct code reviews for team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience in developing quantitative infrastructure tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Curiosity to learn about data, models, and algorithms.
• GitHub experience preferred.

Requirements

• Undergraduate, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science or other quantitative discipline.
• 4-7 years of professional experience in quantitative analytics.
• Solid background in math/statistics/finance.
• Ability to contribute to analytics, research, and model development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
• Desire to understand the broader context of business decisions.
