In Short

Support technical decisions and provide guidance in software architecture.
Design and implement scalable applications in a MVC (Django) environment.
Collaborate with Product to identify risks and improve team delivery.
Mentor and coach other software engineers.
Support software deployments and coordinate with DevOps and QA Engineers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions.
Drive technology initiatives to maintain application performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Provide technical expertise to the broader engineering group.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience in cloud-based environments.
Experience building and deploying production-grade web applications.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Expert in Python and Django Framework.
Strong understanding of SOLID design principles.
Experience with SQL and databases like Postgres or MySql.
Strong teamwork and documentation skills.
