Senior GTM Insights Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a talented Senior GTM Insights Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence & Analytics team. The ideal candidate is a curious, proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to break complex questions down to their root cause—then tie insights back to strategy and execution.

In Short

• Drive data self-service and transition from manual data pulls to intuitive self-service tools.
• Be a thought partner to GTM leadership on revenue-driving decisions.
• Develop board-ready insights and reporting to influence strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Identify and diagnose conversion bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Deliver recurring performance reporting for actionable insights.
• Partner with RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Data Engineering for data quality.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and leverage BI tools for analyses.
• Conduct regular data audits for data hygiene and integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in SaaS companies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Ability to create impactful dashboards and reports.
• Proven presentation skills to senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills for analytics lifecycle.
• This position is preferably based in Austin, Texas.
