Engagement Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager to help accelerate customer growth by driving upsell and cross-sell revenue through impactful lifecycle programs.

In Short

• Build and launch multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app, chat, SMS).
• Own campaign setup, targeting, testing, and reporting directly within Intercom.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer communications are aligned.
• Translate business goals into actionable marketing programs.
• Map the customer journey and identify key lifecycle moments.
• Analyze campaign performance and share insights.
• Provide consultative input to partners on lifecycle best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in lifecycle, retention, or customer marketing.
• Demonstrated experience executing upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
• Hands-on Intercom experience required.
• Proven ability to execute efficiently and follow direction.
• Comfortable working without rigid processes.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator.
• Experience leveraging AI tools.
