In Short

• Conduct phone interviews and provide personal support to candidates.
• Prequalify profiles, manage documents, and organize appointments.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct interviews, both remotely and on-site.
• Develop and implement screening methods and selection processes for clients.
• Collaborate closely with airlines, business jet operators, and hospitality partners.
• Create reports and status updates while actively optimizing processes.
• Work with brand and marketing on job ads and presentations.
• Support the business development team on international projects.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, ideally related to aviation and hospitality.
• A completed degree in psychology, human resources management, or a related field is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor, both over the phone and in person.
• Structured working style and enjoyment of clear processes.
• High willingness to travel worldwide.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Proficient use of digital tools and modern recruiting methods.
• Desire for responsibility and motivation to shape a growing company.
