In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by identifying AI opportunities in talent management and workforce planning.
• Work closely with Integration, PMO, Data Migration, and Testing teams to design and validate AI functionalities.
• Support data structuring for AI-driven workflows, ensuring data governance and quality.
• Proactively propose and scale innovative AI solutions across teams.
• Achieve monthly goals such as roadmap development and AI prototype design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including NLP and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Workday modules and their integration.
• Strong communication skills for advising leadership.
• Deep understanding of ethical AI practices and data governance.
• Preferred understanding of HCM processes and strategic impact of AI.
• Duration: 5 months.
