Overview

The Small Business Outreach Analyst will support the Small Business Program by coordinating compliance activities, technical assistance, and outreach to ensure participation goals are met.

In Short

Requirements

  • High School diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to interpret State and Federal program requirements.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and other applications.
  • Dependable and customer service focused.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and business writing skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of standard formats for reports and letters.
