Overview

The Senior A&E Construction Quality Monitor will manage and deliver capital investment projects, collaborating with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Lead and manage a team on complex construction projects.

Requirements

• Awareness of the Building Control Act (2014).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in project delivery and construction processes.
• Ability to understand design and construction drawings.
• Experience in design and build projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of project governance and procurement.
• Experience in managing internal resources and mentoring.
• Knowledge of compliance assessments and Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office applications.
• Good IT skills and experience with site inspection reporting.
