Overview

The Project Manager – Right of Way will support the efficient execution of projects by ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met, working remotely but aligning with Pacific Timezone.

• Plan and oversee right-of-way projects including property acquisition and easement negotiations.
• Ensure timely delivery in alignment with project milestones.
• Develop and refine strategies for project execution.
• Drive operational efficiency across all ROW activities.
• Serve as a liaison among stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
• Support project management through data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare executive summaries and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain accurate records for audit readiness.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 6 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in project management for complex construction projects.
• Knowledge of right-of-way acquisition and reporting.
• Understanding of real property in a design-build environment.
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.
