Overview

The Director of Growth, Program Management (PgM) will manage the achievement of growth objectives within the regional business line, focusing on strategic planning and business development in the U.S. East and LATAM regions.

• Lead the development of strategic growth plans for Program Management.

• Participate in regional key hires and professional development programs.
• Represent AECOM in professional and community organizations.
• Travel as necessary for client engagement and project oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in Program, Project or Construction Management.
• Proven success in winning contracts over $50M.
• Advanced understanding of the project management industry.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Exemplary communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
