Part-Time Contract Clerk - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Clerk provides support to Advocare, LLC and its Care Centers by managing and maintaining all company contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Leases, and Employment Agreements.

In Short

• Initial data entry and document management in MediTract.
• Review contracts to identify key terms and enter them into MediTract.
• Ongoing contract administration and timely data entry.
• Maintain and update MediTract with new agreements and amendments.
• Track key contract milestones and compliance requirements.
• Generate and distribute reports to management.
• Identify and flag agreement issues.
• Follow up on outstanding contracts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for contract-related queries.
• Assist with legal research as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or candidate for a Juris Doctor degree.
• Strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach and customer service orientation.
• Problem solving and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with contract database program (MediTract) a plus.
