Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst will serve as a key liaison between finance and operations, analyzing financial data and communicating trends, risks, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

In Short

• Collaborate with solution leaders and operational teams to explain variances in project profitability.
• Manage financial ERP system for data accuracy and compliance.
• Enhance internal controls and streamline financial processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Support monthly revenue recognition.
• Perform additional finance-related duties as needed.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial standards.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of professional accounting & finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting standards.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and project management software; NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Suite ProjectsPro, required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in a private equity–backed environment is a plus.
