Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with advanced English to join our global team. This role is crucial for supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning, and performance analysis across the organization.

In Short

• Build, maintain, and optimize detailed financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, profitability, scenario and sensitivity analysis).
• Analyze company performance, identifying key drivers and trends to generate actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Analyze new investment opportunities, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare clear presentations and memos for executives and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
• Improve financial controls and efficiency in reporting.

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. CPA and/or CFA certification preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced financial modeling) and solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (professional English required).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
