Overview

This role is with a well-established, stable and growing public accounting firm located in the Walnut Creek area and is open to candidates across the country.

In Short

• Integral to the accounting of closely held businesses.
• Responsible for organizing and managing client assignments, tax returns, financials, and related projects.
• Strong track record of promoting from within.
• Manager level roles are also available.
• Desire to coach, mentor, and lead teams is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA with 3 or more years of experience in public accounting, audit, and tax.
• Experience with the preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements.
• Professional proficiency with recognized tax, audit, and accounting software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Bachelor’s degree ideally in, or with a focus on, accounting.
