Admirals is expanding and looking for a new hero to join our global team. Customer Support Specialist (German language) - we know you are out there!

In Short

  • Provide client support via phone, chat, and email, addressing all types of client inquiries
  • Review and ensure accuracy of website content
  • Translate content as needed
  • Monitor and manage pending applications
  • Request required documents from clients
  • Handle tasks assigned by the Compliance department
  • Support client retention initiatives
  • Perform cross-selling and up-selling activities
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead

Requirements

  • Strong client-oriented mindset and willingness to work with customers
  • German language knowledge C1–C2 (or native)
  • English language knowledge B2+
  • Higher education degree
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Forex (an advantage, but not mandatory)
