Overview

The EPS Technical Operations Planner will support environmental protection initiatives by managing technical operations and ensuring quality reporting across the UK in a fully remote role.

In Short

Manage and update CRM data, including opportunities and quotes.
Ensure job and inspection sheets are completed accurately.
Support multi-service line project collation and reporting.
Prepare, process and issue client invoices.
Provide operational and administrative support across the EPS division.
Assist with IFS system development and asset reporting.

Requirements

Experience in IT systems, administration or technical support.
Strong Windows OS knowledge and user account management skills.
Proficiency with asset management systems and troubleshooting.
Excellent organisation, communication and documentation skills.
Ability to deliver operational support and manage multi-faceted projects.
Background in project coordination or support preferred.
