Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
• Knowledge of packaging systems and specifications management.
• Experience in conducting plant trials and line support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
