• Lead architect for the internal Identity & Access Management (IAM) function.
• Improve data quality in upstream and downstream systems.
• Manage lifecycle processes for user identities.
• Enhance IAM monitoring focusing on Non-Human Identities.
• Assist with production readiness for IAM related queries.
• Analyze access requirements and enforce least privileged access.
• Develop and refine Information Security Policies & Standards.
• Collaborate with Data Governance team for access controls.
• Provide operational support for IAM tools.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Security and IAM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• In-depth experience with IAM tools.
• Familiarity with IT Governance, Compliance, and SOC2.
• Skills in developing process maps and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn in Information Security.
• Experience with IGA tools like Sailpoint, Saviynt.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, PeopleSoft.
