Product Analyst - Navigator - Remote

Overview

The Navigator Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the maintenance and improvement of Navigator’s core functionalities, conducting data analysis, and assisting with new functionalities.

In Short

• Support maintenance and improvement of Navigator’s core functionalities.
• Conduct data analysis and generate calculation examples.
• Answer queries from service, sales, clients, and prospects.
• Test new features and enhancements.
• Possess deep knowledge of financial calculations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Navigator calculations.
• Assist product managers with defining and scoping new functionalities.
• Owner of data analytics for Navigator product/feature usages.
• Run last-resort support for calculation questions.
• Help QA/QE check release items with an emphasis on calculation enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of Data Analysis experience.
• High proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Preferred: Understanding of Addepar core concepts.
