In Short

• Responsible for operational accounting including dunning and invoicing.
• Book ongoing business transactions in DATEV and monitor payment transactions as well as organize receipts and credit card statements.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Close collaboration with management and the external tax office.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as a tax clerk or certified accountant.
• Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally also in payroll accounting.
• Very good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style. Enjoy working with numbers and structured processes.
• Team player: sociable and enjoys exchanging ideas with colleagues.
