Overview

The SaaS Systems Engineer will be part of a team responsible for day-to-day operation of various SaaS delivery environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and quality of service.

In Short

  • Monitor production service delivery environment to ensure optimal operations.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and solve service delivery problems.
  • Operate and maintain systems for provisioning new customers and applications.
  • Provide insights on trends requiring proactive actions.
  • Participate in software design and development for operational efficiency.
  • Manage software deployment and configuration in various environments.
  • Develop tools to support Operations and SaaS delivery.
  • Provide level 2/3 support for customer issues.
  • Maintain and improve IT infrastructure including servers and networks.
  • Deliver help desk support to employees.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate infrastructure experience in a software development environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience in Windows environments administration.
  • 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS / Azure.
  • 3+ years of scripting and programming experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with help desk and network activities.
  • VMware experience.
  • Automation using VB, PowerShell or similar scripting technology.
  • Familiarity with HTML, SCC, Java, and ASP.NET.
