Technology Product Manager / Operations Architect - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a systems-minded operator who thrives at the intersection of tech, ops, and strategy. This role is a hybrid of technical executive assistant, project architect, and systems translator. You’ll work directly with leadership to turn vision into executable project plans—ensuring alignment across teams and tools.

In Short

• Full-Time - 100% Remote position

• Coordinate across tech, ops, CX, growth, and vendors
• Help architect processes connecting core tools like Shopify and NetSuite
• Maintain project boards in Jira or Asana
• Ensure operational accountability and resolve blockers
• Manage cross-functional technical or operational projects
• Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing projects in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and integrations
• Highly organized and proactive
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks
• Background in product management or systems operations preferred
