The New Product Development Associate will play a pivotal role in transforming product vision into reality, executing the end-to-end product development process to ensure quality, pricing, and timeline expectations are met.

• Execute the entire product development process from sourcing to purchase order proposal.
• Identify and vet suppliers that align with product vision.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Manage the development of 10+ products within a structured 3-month launch cycle.
• Ensure products meet high-quality standards for Amazon ratings.
• Oversee supplier performance for consistent product quality.
• Communicate detailed product specifications to suppliers.
• Conduct intro calls with suppliers and assess sample quality.
• Propose final supplier and product selection for approval.
• Ensure on-time delivery of samples and production orders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and supplier terms effectively.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers.
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Amazon/e-commerce supply chains is a plus.
