Overview

The E-Commerce Assistant will support the execution and optimization of the company's digital strategy, managing day-to-day site functionality and contributing to e-commerce programs aimed at driving revenue and enhancing customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage website operations and ensure alignment with marketing calendars.
  • Implement Shopify content updates and run QA testing for site updates.
  • Assist in launching new e-commerce initiatives and performance optimization tools.
  • Execute day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms and the Affiliate Program.
  • Support the Affiliate Program through daily execution tasks and collaboration.
  • Maintain performance trackers and prepare reporting for the e-commerce manager.
  • Coordinate with development agencies for site enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Partner with Customer Experience and Operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Act as a liaison for e-commerce-related troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for clean beauty.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital savvy and understanding of online marketing strategies.
  • Experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and campaign management.
  • Technical aptitude for coordinating with development teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
