Overview

We’re hiring a high-output AI Video Editor with a performance mindset and a sharp eye for trends. You’ll work on short-form direct-response creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, using cutting-edge AI tools to scale and iterate faster than traditional workflows allow.

In Short

• Edit and deliver scroll-stopping short-form video ads for paid channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use AI tools (Runway, Descript, Pika, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.) to enhance productivity and scale creative variations.
• Apply direct-response editing best practices: compelling hooks, rapid pacing, strategic CTAs, subtitles, and overlays.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, and funnel strategists to turn performance data into creative iterations.
• Execute multiple A/B test versions across products, geos, and audiences.
• Maintain a well-organized asset system for easy tracking, versioning, and reuse.
