One of our biggest clients in the self-care industry based in the US is seeking a talented and scrappy E-Commerce Product Marketing Manager to join our team and manage the activations of customers through our digital funnel.
In Short
Improve customer AOV and LTV by optimizing conversion rate, product merchandising, product bundling, etc.
Own our roadmap, including new product launches, promotions, and other initiatives that drive revenue or optimize the digital funnel
Manage optimization and monetization of current products through merchandising based on consistent “always on” testing methodology
Prioritize initiatives across functional teams to ladder up to Company OKR's
Define future product vision and role of owned e-commerce in the broader portfolio
Leverage UI/UX insights and analytics to balance performance and consumer experience
Liaise with Creative to ensure brand consistency throughout the digital experience
Manage the Shopify backend and ensure that SKU creation and cross functional digital product setup is maintained
Requirements
At least 5 years in a product management role with measurable successes
Consumer products and e-commerce experience
Deep customer empathy with orientation towards adding shared value
Highly analytical with proficiency in A/B testing
Proficiency in managing Shopify storefronts and associated apps
Ability to manage competing priorities with cross functional stakeholders
