Our platform empowers Consultants and Professionals in the Training, Leadership Development, Learning and Culture Change space to demonstrate measurable impact through our tech-enabled change methodology.

We’re looking for a UX-obsessed front-end engineer who can turn complex analytics and participant workflows into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. This role starts with full ownership of front-end development with a potential path to product leadership for someone who wants to grow beyond pure engineering.

In Short

• Enhance the Analytics Experience by owning front-end development of analytics solutions.
• Design user experiences that are easy to use and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers integrating MySQL, Python services, and Laravel/PHP APIs.
• Drive product from concept to delivery, identifying MVPs and prioritizing user value.
• Grow into product leadership, contributing to roadmap discussions and mentoring others.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Vue.js and React.
• Experience building client-facing analytics dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Highcharts or similar visualization libraries.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend systems.
• Strong UX judgment and attention to detail.
