In Short

• Provide customer support via phone and email to the Actian Cloud Data Platforms users.
• Use Salesforce Service Cloud Reporting Portal to manage support cases.
• Respond to front line and escalated support calls of a complex nature.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot software or applications.
• Research and investigate product defects using traces and logs.
• Identify and recommend solutions for product defects.
• Provide 24X7 and Follow-the-Sun support.
• Contribute content for the Knowledge base and community forums.
• Demonstrate effective implementation of Actian's Core Competencies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical support experience.
• Strong customer communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytic and debugging skills.
• Experience with Cloud platform technologies; AWS, Azure, Google.
• Knowledge of Data Discovery and Data Catalog tools.
• Database Administration experience with various database types.
• Operating Systems Management experience on MS Windows and Linux.
• Programming Language experience for REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience in BI/ETL technologies; Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
