Overview

The ACLU seeks a Graduate Intern in the Business Operations & Support Services Department, National Knowledge & Learning Program, of the ACLU’s National office in New York.

In Short

• Participate in instructional design projects and ongoing operations in the ACLU’s learning management system.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and create e-learning.
• Support the LMS by answering learner questions.
• Create e-learning modules and training resources related to employee onboarding.
• Complete content reviews and create support guides.
• Provide technical and administrative support via Zendesk.
• Center principles of equity, inclusion, and belonging in all work.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and collaboration.
• Work independently on projects in a team environment.
• Commit to the mission and goals of the ACLU.

Requirements

• Background in creating educational experiences in e-learning or training environments.
• Experience with a learning management system.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve independently.
• Interest in learning technology, including Articulate.
• Comfortable working independently in a positive team environment.
• Commitment to the ACLU's mission.
